BIGGEST Grocery Haul EVER!!!

I usually buy some basics but I’ve been getting pretty bored with the usual snacks and meals so I decided to buy a bunch of stuff when I went to traders yesterday.

*** My Groceries consist of items that make up mostly a PRIMAL diet.. I do have a bit of grain in there but that’s because I’ve learned exactly what my body can handle and what helps it function to the best of it’s ability, through trial and error. Shop for your body accordingly! :)

- Wild Alaskan COD and Salmon

- Uncured Bacon

- Smoked Salmon

- Cans of Wild Tuna in Olive Oil

- Bag of Organic Kale, Spinach and a bag of Frozen Kale (smoothies)

- Broccoli & Cauli Flower Florets

- Cucumbers

- Haricot Vert String Beans

- Sweet Potatoes

- Organic Fuji Apples, Blueberries and Peaches

- Avocados, Kiwis and Bananas

- Seaweed Snacks (traders brand)

- Half Gallon Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Traders Brand)

- Kerrygold Butter

- No Fat Cottage Cheese

- Non-fat Greek Yogurt (fage)

- Red Pepper and Red Onion

- 1 Carton of fresh Organic Eggs

- Multi-grain English Muffins

** I couldn’t be happier with the purchase even if it costs me a bit more than usual! NOM NOM  lol

Cleaning up my Eat: Day 2

Yesterday was tough I was on such an unhealthy eating hiatus for two weeks that the withdrawals, headaches, moodiness and cravings I was experiencing were literally driving me up the wall….

+ However this morning I feel a bit more stable and ready to conquer my day 100% dairy free and somewhat sugar free! Its not going to be the easiest day but it’ll all be worth it. :)

Lunch MENU: Salad topped w/ Blackberries, 1 Can of Wild Tuna in Olive Oil, I drizzled some Balsamic Vinegar + 1/4 Avocado

- Bottle of Water

- Few sips of sprite zero (I use to always have an iced tea but im tryin to lay of the caffeine beverages …one step at a time!)
